Bi-LO Weekly Menu 12/30/13-1/5/13

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you have been enjoying the holidays so far. This weeks menu is the most expensive one I've done, but take a look at what you get to eat. Yum! Top Round roast (London Broil) is always my boyfriend's favorite any way I cook it. It's usually the cheapest cut of beef, but it's so good! The total cost for this weeks menu is $85.96 including tax. That's an average of $2.26 a serving for a total of 36 dinner servings. Remember that this price only includes what you actually eat. You can refrigerate, freeze, or shelve anything you have leftover to make the upcoming weeks even cheaper. For those of you that have less people to cook for, feel free to scale the recipes down or have leftovers for lunch. I have separate shopping lists for each day because I know most people won't be able to do the entire menu. That's the beauty of it. You can pick one or all meals to cook. Bi-Lo Holiday Menu 12/25/13

I hope everyone is excited for the Holidays coming up. Here is a huge meal using what's on sale at BI-LO this week. This menu will serve 10 people. It's about $46 including tax for the whole meal. Things have been a little crazy the past couple weeks, but I'm back with another menu for you. I've decided to mainly do BI-LO menus for now because it's really hectic to get both out every week. I'm super excited about these recipes! They are to die for, if I may say so myself. The total comes out to be about $56 with tax for 34 servings. That's an average of $1.65 per serving.
