Bi-Lo Weekly Menu Plan 11/11/13-11/17/13


Here is my first ever weekly menu plan for Bi-Lo. I have included a shopping list for each day because I know a lot of you won't be able to cook everyday each week. The total price for the week is about $56 with tax. I only counted what we're actually using of a product, since you will have items left to freeze, refrigerate, and shelve until the next time you need them. 40 servings for $56. That doesn't sound too bad to me. If you have a smaller family, you can always scale down the servings or have leftovers for lunch.  I hope you enjoy these recipes while saving money. Thursday - Red Beans & Rice

Monday- about $4/4 servings ($1/serving)
1 pound Carolina Pride Smoked Sausage - $2.50/lb
